System performance has returned to normal. Our investigation indicates that the slowdown was triggered by an unusually high burst of API requests from a single tenant, which temporarily overloaded shared resources. This impacted performance for some customers in the affected Elastic Pool.
We are continuing to review this incident in detail and will implement safeguards to prevent similar issues in the future, including improvements to how we handle high-volume API activity.

Our automated systems, along with reports from customers, indicate that we have performance degradation issues system wide in INNERGY, impacting some customers. The INNERGY development team is investigating the cause of these performance issues and will provide updates on the Statuspage.
